SaskEnergy’s commitment to diversity is represented through
its Joint Diversity Committee. This

in the promotion of SaskEnergy’s Diversity Strategy which focuses on education, employment and partnerships by:
-
Promoting and fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment;
-
Providing education and awareness on a diverse workforce; and by
-
Delivering diversity presentations and information sessions.
SaskEnergy measures our diversity progress on an
ongoing basis and is proud of its efforts in fostering a diverse workforce, and of the participation of
all employees in these efforts. By educating our workforce on our individual differences, developing key
partnerships internally and externally, and striving to employ a workforce that represents the demographics of
Saskatchewan, SaskEnergy takes the role as a leading energy company.
