SaskEnergy is dedicated to providing employment for full-time post-secondary students. There are a
variety of positions available for summer and co-op students throughout the province.

Summer Student Program
SaskEnergy hires approximately 70 summer students each year to work at
various locations throughout the province.
These positions are available only for the summer term, from May 1 to August 31.
The Summer Student Program provides post-secondary students with an opportunity to gain work
experience and earn money to help pay for their education costs. There are two types of positions available:
"office" positions or "field" positions. Office students help with administrative duties and/or project work and
field students work outside helping with yard clean up, painting, planting trees, etc.

In order to be considered for a summer position, students must meet the following criteria:

have completed one (1) year of post-secondary education at an accredited University, College or
Technical institution;

be returning to school full time in the fall;

have a current Driver's Licence, if applicable;

have an acceptable driver's abstract, if applicable;

be available from May 1 to August 31.

Co-op Student Program
SaskEnergy hires approximately 30 Co-op students each year
in areas such as Engineering, Corporate Affairs, Finance,
Information Systems, Marketing, Buildings & Security and Support
Services. Co-op positions are available for a 4-month term
starting January 1st, May 1st, or September 1st of each year.
The Co-op Program is designed to give students an opportunity to gain professional work experience
while completing their post-secondary education. Students are paid competitive wages which will help pay for educational expenses.
