How to apply for Sponsorship?
-
Please make sure
that your project falls into the criteria outlined
on the General Sponsorships.
While SaskEnergy has well defined criteria for providing support, across all key areas, SaskEnergy gives preference to projects that:
- benefit youth, disadvantaged groups or families;
- Aboriginal events and initiatives, particularly those which support the Corporation’s Aboriginal Policy Framework (i.e., business development, education, training and employment); and
- Initiatives that have a volunteer component.
-
Submit your proposal in writing. Please outline:
- The project description, name, and date or time period.
- What category it falls into and why.
- The individual or organization leading the project.
- The number of people who will benefit.
- The dollar amount required in materials, services, or sponsorship.
- What recognition SaskEnergy will receive for this level of contribution.
- If there are other sponsorship levels
available.
- Who else is sponsoring your
event.
- Contact name(s) with address, daytime phone number, and e-mail address.
(please remember to include this important contact information)
-
Apply early. Our fiscal year runs from January to December. Your
project has a better chance of being chosen if you apply
earlier in the year than if you apply later in the
year.
-
Please give SaskEnergy as much advance notice as you can. You
will have put a
lot of work into your proposal, so we'd like to give your proposal as much consideration as
possible.
