review the host country's environmental regulations and

Detailed Design - We can identify

facilities, review geotechnical considerations such as
fault lines, soil erosion and management, perform risk
analysis, and address construction considerations like
hours of work, rates, productivity, permits and access
to streets.
Cost of Service, Regulation and
Tariff - We can develop a cost of service model,
including allocation factors. We can also establish a
depreciation analysis, identify operations, maintenance
and administration costs, and determine revenue
requirements.
We can set a return on rate base,
customer contributions and oriented costs. As well, we
can assist in developing appropriate toll and tariff
design and facilitating regulatory approvals.
Construction - We can specify and
procure materials based on Standard Practice Manuals. We
can also provide construction manuals for operators,
foremen, inspectors and trainers, and review host
country construction and safety regulations.
Customer Services - We can
provide administrative expertise through our customer
service information system (CSIS), metering, billing,
collection, meter change and 25 month client history.
We have a comprehensive meter reading
and management program, a customer service
representative and collection system, a nationally
accredited meter verification facility for testing
repairs and calibration, as well as the ability to
develop financing and service contracts.
Maintenance - We can develop an
odorization system, establish leak surveys and repair
schedules, develop cathodic protection and planned
maintenance programs, and identify encroachments.
Training - We can train customer
service representatives and maintenance and service
technicians, as well as and provide marketing and
product training through modules.
