Bonita Regina |
Her Story:
Bonita's home was built in 1907. Although she's tried to make some improvements in the
nine years she has lived there, workplace injuries and temporary financial constraints have made it
difficult for her to perform regular upkeep and maintenance. Bonita received a number of energy
efficient upgrades including the re-insulation of the basement walls; an ENERGY STAR® furnace
and some window replacement; and other energy efficiency improvements such as new low-flow
toilets and showerhead, compact fluorescent light bulbs, and weather stripping.
