Home Energy Legacy Program 2014

The 2014 SaskEnergy Home Energy Legacy Program wrapped up Friday, June 20th, after "HELPing" 18 homeowners in 7 communities across the province.

We visited Weyburn, McTaggart, Yorkton, Canora, Saskatoon, Moose Jaw and Regina over the course of six weeks, working with Habitat for Humanity, Magnus Insulation and the SaskEnergy Network to complete energy-efficient home makeovers that will help all participants save money and energy.

We had a rewarding five weeks, helping many deserving people, and working with many fantastic SaskEnergy and Habitat for Humanity volunteers. We also hosted three community barbeques that gave us the opportunity to continue sharing information about our program with the communities we were working in.

For more information, you can also check out the program's Facebook page and like it to read more about the 2014 journey.
