Sana and Meherun Regina |
Their Story:
Sana and Meherun are the parents of three children in Regina. Their home, which they’ve owned for three years, is
older, with an uninsulated basement and several old windows. These conditions are causing high heating bills and uncomfortable
living conditions. The family received a number of energy efficient upgrades including basement framing, a vapour barrier;
insulation, an ENERGY STAR® furnace and some window replacement; and other improvements such as a new low-flow toilet and
showerhead, compact fluorescent light bulbs, and weather stripping.
