How to apply to the Summer Sizzle Program

Please send your request in writing, outlining the following information:

• What the BBQ would be used for? (e.g. volunteer appreciation event, school opening etc.

• Date BBQ is requested.

• Time of BBQ. (We need the exact time you want to serve the food and estimated time that supper/lunch will finish).

• Location of BBQ (include specific details).

• Number of people expected to attend.

• What food you want to serve (e.g. hot dogs, hamburgers or combination of both).

• Whether you are selling the food or giving it away (helps to determine amount to order).



Please Note: set-up, food service, clean-up is the responsibility of the requesting organization.
