LLOYDMINSTER RESIDENTS URGED TO COMPLETE CONTRACTS TO QUALIFY FOR SASKENERGY NATURAL GAS SERVICE
SaskEnergy is continuing to work to bring the benefits of SaskEnergy's natural gas service to Saskatchewan Lloydminster residents and businesses; The corporation is urging new customers to complete their signed contracts as soon as possible in order to qualify for SaskEnergy service this winter.
Several hundred Lloydminster residents and businesses have already expressed an interest in becoming SaskEnergy customers. In order to receive the SaskEnergy service option for this November, customers must complete their contract in the next couple of weeks.
"We have received tremendous support from the Lloydminster community to our service introduction," said Dean Reeve, Executive Vice-President, SaskEnergy. "We simply want to remind all the homeowners and business people to contact us to complete the contract process, so for this coming winter, they'll be able to get one convenient bill for service with the same basic monthly charge, delivery and natural gas costs as other SaskEnergy customers."
Reeve said that as a SaskEnergy customer, Lloydminster residents would qualify for the same rates as all of Saskatchewan. SaskEnergy rates contribute to Saskatchewan's commitment to provide the lowest cost bundle of utility services in the country. Historically, SaskEnergy's rates have been among the lowest in the country.
