On September 28, 2018, SaskEnergy filed an application with the Saskatchewan Rate Review Panel for a Commodity Rate decrease and a Delivery Service Rate increase effective April 1, 2019. The application requests a decrease from the current Commodity Rate of $0.1387/m3 ($3.65/GJ) to $0.1020 ($2.65/GJ) and an average Delivery Service Rate increase of 3.7%. In addition, SaskEnergy has asked the Panel to support an interim rate of $0.1136/m3 ($2.95/GJ) effective November 1, 2018. If approved the rate adjustments will have the following impact on customer bills as of April 1, 2019.
