Indigenous artists share their culture through two new SaskEnergy projects

First Nations artists Tim Neal and Jade Roberts have shared their talent and expertise with SaskEnergy through two recent projects. Their artwork will appear across Saskatchewan on SaskEnergy billboards, advertisements, social media and at events. We are proud to showcase their work while we connect with Indigenous communities. Tim’s designs include a new version of SaskEnergy’s logo and other images. These show scenes from nature aligned with the sacred elements — fire, water, earth and air. “Having an actual designer or the artwork being done by First Nations provides a ton of cultural...

‘We’re just super lucky’: A close encounter with carbon monoxide

For weeks, Ross Carolan and his family felt sick but didn’t know why. Ross, his wife and their two young children were all feeling lethargic and coughing. The furnace technician used a Gas Measurement Instrument and found the furnace room contained 385 parts per million (ppm) of carbon monoxide (CO) — a life...

This included two new high-pressure gas lines and an expanded facility at our Prud’homme compressor station. The first phase — a 40-kilometre gas line from Patience Lake to Prud'homme — was completed last fall, and work on the second phase is now underway. As part of phase two, SaskEnergy will install a new meter station and an 80-kilometre gas line to support customer growth in...
