SaskEnergy Network Members and Heating Contractors can book appointments online for small meter installs and rehang/relites. To prepare for the service appointment, please ensure:
- The home is open for access
- The air test is on
- The address of the property is visible from the street
Already have a Contractor ID?
Sign In to your online account. Go to Account from the main menu and select Book an Appointment. Pick a date and time that works for you. You'll receive a phone call or text message when the Service Technician is on the way. Don't have an online account? Register now.

How to get a contractor ID
In order to book an appointment online you need to register for an account using your Contractor ID. If you do not have a SaskEnergy supplied Contractor ID fill out the form below and a Customer Service Representative will contact you within 2 business days to complete your registration process.
