Ms. Andrews joined SaskEnergy’s Board of Directors in July of 2025, she is the Vice Chairperson and a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee.

Currently a Principal at Upstream Strategy Group, a government relations and public affairs consultancy, she has more than 20 years of experience working within the Government of Saskatchewan.

After working as a Ministerial Assistant and Chief of Staff for various Ministers, Ms. Andrews served as Premier Scott Moe’s Chief of Staff for seven years — the longest serving Chief of Staff to a Premier at the Council of the Federation table.

Ms. Andrews lives in Regina with her husband and son.
