New Subdivision Development

Complete this application if you are a Developer in the initial stages of planning a new subdivision and gas mains are not already in place. 

Before You Begin

  • Attach any site plans for the address(es) you are applying for.
  • The Plan of Survey that you received from your survey company can also be submitted as an attachment.
  • You must include the gas load requirements as part of the application. Contact your mechanical contractor to gather this information.
