Board Secretary

Mrs. Mitchell was appointed as the Board Secretary for SaskEnergy Incorporated and its subsidiaries in May 2024, a position she holds as part of her governance responsibilities at Crown Investments Corporation (CIC).

Since joining CIC in 2011, she has contributed in various capacities, with earlier roles primarily focused on corporate planning, strategy, and risk management. Mrs. Mitchell earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina and holds the Governance Professionals of Canada Designation. 

She resides in Regina, Saskatchewan with her husband and three young boys.
