Mr. Lukiwski joined SaskEnergy’s Board of Directors in July of 2025 and is a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committee.
He recently retired as Senior Strategy Advisory at Prairie Sky Strategy, a government relations firm with consultants based in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Mr. Lukiwski is a retired Member of Parliament (MP) for the Regina – Lumsden – Lake Centre and Moose Jaw – Lake Centre – Lanigan constituencies. During his time as an MP, he also served as Parliamentary Secretary to the Government House Leader and Chair of the Government Operations and Estimates Committee.
Mr. Lukiwski has delivered public speaking training sessions to political figures across Canada throughout his years in government. Prior to serving in elected office, Tom worked as the General Manager of the Saskatchewan Party and held leadership roles in a number of strategy, marketing and business development capacities in Regina.
Born and raised in Esterhazy, Mr. Lukiwski now lives in Regina with his wife Diane. He enjoys spending time with his two sons and granddaughters, and is an avid golfer, twice representing Saskatchewan at the Canadian Amateur Golf Championship.
