SaskEnergy Named One of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for Fourth Straight Year
SaskEnergy is proud to be named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2026 by Mediacorp Canada Inc.
Each year, organizations earn recognition as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for creating outstanding workplaces that support and engage their employees.
For Rebekah Renneberg, a Customer Service Representative at SaskEnergy, the company’s commitment to volunteerism is what separates SaskEnergy. Programs like Champion of Volunteers and Share the Warmth make it easy for employees to give back.
“Everybody is encouraged to participate in volunteering, whether it's supporting community spirit or raising awareness for mental health,” says Rebekah. “You feel a sense of pride and teamwork that comes from working together to help others. It’s something that’s consistently valued and celebrated at SaskEnergy. It makes for a workplace culture that’s positive and inclusive.”
Allix Schweitzer, who works with the Community Engagement team, says volunteering is a core value at SaskEnergy.
“It’s part of who we are,” she says. “We have a policy that allows employees to volunteer on work time, so we see lots of employees stepping up to jump on board and it’s fully supported at the leadership level.”
For Canada’s Top 100 Employers 2026, the judges highlighted several reasons for selecting SaskEnergy, including the work environment, flexible spending account, benefits, and community involvement — highlighting our charity match grant and volunteerism support.
“Receiving this national recognition for the fourth year in a row is an incredible achievement and a reflection of the commitment and passion of our employees throughout the province,” says Mark Guillet, President and CEO. “Each of our employees should feel proud of their contributions in making SaskEnergy a great place to work.”
