Services and charges As your natural gas utility, our goal is to ensure we manage rates in a fair and equitable way. In most cases, natural gas is more affordable than other energy source options. SaskEnergy rate charges on your bill are made up of three parts: 1. Gas Delivery Service Basic Monthly Charge (Fixed Amount) Includes the cost of the service line, meter, meter reading, 24 hour emergency services and account administration.
