Share the Warmth Days Bring Communities Together Across Saskatchewan

At the end of January, on a cold and windy winter day, SaskEnergy kicked off this year’s Share the Warmth Days in Regina. The chilly weather made it the perfect time to offer warm drinks, essential winter items, and friendly smiles to people passing by. “Being able to offer a warm cup of coffee, along with essential items, while wishing someone a great day was incredibly powerful,” says Zahra Hosseinmardi, a SaskEnergy employee who volunteered at the Regina event. They offer expert advice on natural gas appliances and will determine if they need to make a service call. SaskEnergy does not sell or repair natural gas appliances. Safety Events Prepare Students in Tisdale and Melville for Future Workplaces

What substance is added to natural gas to give it an odour? What does it smell like? Students got the answers to these questions and more as part of Cade Sprackman Safety Day events that took place in Tisdale and Melville during May.
