SaskEnergy has applied to the Saskatchewan Rate Review Panel for a Delivery Service Rate increase to support continued elevated capital spending on system safety and customer growth initiatives totaling more than $50 million in 2017/18. The Swift Current Salvation Army Food Bank is a bit richer thanks to the generosity of SaskEnergy employees in Swift Current and Success. Goals for KidSport scores more than $20,000 with an assist from SaskEnergy

The Goals for KidSport program wrapped up another season with more than $20,000 raised to help ease financial barriers for youth involved in sports. The program is a three-way partnership between SaskEnergy and its Network Members, the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) and KidSport.
