As the winter heating season begins, SaskEnergy has launched three programs to assist homeowners across the province with home equipment upgrades, maintenance and safety. Students got the answers to these questions and more as part of Cade Sprackman Safety Day events that took place in Tisdale and Melville during May. In 2016-17, SaskEnergy recorded income before unrealized market value adjustments of $70 million, compared to $86 million for the 12-month period ending March 31, 2016. SaskEnergy increase approved for public safety and infrastructure investments

Today the Government of Saskatchewan approved an increase to SaskEnergy’s Delivery Service Rate of 3.6 per cent to begin November 1, 2017. On average, the increase to residential customers will be an additional $1.65 per month or about $20 annually. For several years running, SaskEnergy employees have volunteered their time to support annual community cleanups in Regina and Yorkton.
