Cory Frei

Interim President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Frei leads all aspects of SaskEnergy’s finance, accounting, treasury, procurement and corporate support functions. He first joined SaskEnergy in 2009 and was appointed to his current role in 2024. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Frei brings leadership and experience from a number of previous roles in audit, finance and strategic planning, both internal and external to SaskEnergy. Mr. Frei holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA).

A quarter century ago, our construction crews were a main attraction for children spending their summers at Kenosee Provincial Park.
