Before you Begin

To complete this application, you will need:

  • Your SaskEnergy account number (11-digits)
  • A copy of your invoice with the following information:
    • Contractor's Name
    • Installation Address
    • Make(s) and Model(s) of the Installed Unit(s)
    • Date of Installation
  • Details about the old equipment removed and the new equipment installed 
  • Pre-Approval Confirmation
  • Customer Details
  • Equipment Details
  • Review and Submit
Did you receive a pre-approval application confirmation?
Pre-approval is optional. If you have been pre-approved, you will be asked for your confirmation number.
This confirmation number would have been shared with you via email after submitting the pre-approval form.
