For several years running, SaskEnergy employees have volunteered their time to support annual community cleanups in Regina and Yorkton. In Regina on May 11, SaskEnergy pitched in at the North Central Community Association (NCCA)’s annual community cleanup to help make the central Regina neighbourhood a bit cleaner and safer. More than 20 employees and their family members assisted in filling nine oversized garbage bins with difficult-to-dispose items. The Saskatchewan Winter Games truly are for everyone. This was demonstrated through efforts to make volunteering accessible at this year’s Games, and through cultural celebrations showcasing the diversity of our province. SaskEnergy was proud to be the Champion of Volunteers for the 50th Saskatchewan Winter Games, a youth sporting celebration that took place in Regina from February 19 to 25, supported by 700 volunteers. SaskEnergy’s team in Weyburn has repeatedly shown that they are a generous and hardworking bunch!
