New Subdivision Development

Complete this application if you are a Developer in the initial stages of planning a new subdivision and gas mains are not already in place. Before You Begin Attach any site plans for the address(es) you are applying for. The Plan of Survey that you received from your survey company can also be submitted as an attachment.
