Change an Existing Service Application Form

Complete this application if you need to: Move a gas line or meter (example: when building a garage or adding square footage) Upgrade service or meter (example: when adding new appliances or equipment) Remove a gas line or meter (example: when demolishing or moving a building) Reinstall a gas line (example: the gas line temporarily removed to complete a project and you are ready to reconnect the natural gas service) To avoid delays, review the outlined process.
