SaskEnergy has applied to the Saskatchewan Rate Review Panel for a Delivery Service Rate increase to support continued elevated capital spending on system safety and customer growth initiatives totaling more than $50 million in 2017/18. For several years running, SaskEnergy employees have volunteered their time to support annual community cleanups in Regina and Yorkton. Due to continued high levels of ground movement in key zones within six Last Mountain Lake communities, SaskEnergy today announced it will be permanently removing natural gas service for about 250 property owners, or about 16% of its customer base in the area.
