SaskEnergy proud to be among Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2024!
We are proud to once again be named as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers! Canada's Top 100 Employers is awarded annually by MediaCorp since 2000. The competition recognizes companies that create exceptional workplaces for their employees. For 2024, the Top 100 competition judges cited our formal remote work program, our increased duration of maternity and parental leave for new and adoptive parents, as well as our long-term support through a defined contribution pension plan and retirement planning assistance as some of the reasons for their decision to recognize SaskEnergy. “Our employees are...

SaskEnergy proud to sponsor Fireside with Lyndon for another season
Several times a year, Remai Modern in Saskatoon fills with an audience curious to participate in an evening that stewards Indigenous engagement and honours Indigenous communities and groups with openness, transparency and dialogue. The event, known as Fireside with Lyndon, presented by SaskEnergy, is an intergenerational and cross-disciplinary program regarded as a unique opportunity for in-depth and sometimes challenging conversations. “We are delighted to once again be part of this Indigenous speaker series,” says Joseph Daniels, SaskEnergy’s Director of Indigenous Engagement. “At SaskEnergy...

At SaskEnergy’s Regina Service Centre (RSC) location in White City, employees set up their annual Share the Warmth Christmas tree. SaskEnergy’s Ruth Copeland has been leading the initiative since it began in 2019. “Having the Share the Warmth tree up is a great way for everyone at the RSC to come together and give back to the community,” says Ruth. The initiative is tied in with SaskEnergy’s Share the Warmth program, where cash grants are given to charitable organizations to help them...

SaskEnergy supports NCC’s Southwest Sandhills conservation efforts
SaskEnergy’s Tracy Tangen knew about the Cave Pasture long before volunteering for cleanup duty at the former ranch a few weeks ago. Born and raised in the Swift Current area, Tracy has always appreciated the “scenic beauty” of this 286-hectare property just north of the city. The Cave Pasture is a new addition to the Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) conservation area in the Southwest Sandhills. SaskEnergy has proudly sponsored this NCC project since 2021. “I think it’s great that the NCC is working to conserve the Southwest Sandhills. We are fortunate to have organizations promoting the...
