SaskEnergy has been Saskatchewan's Champion of Volunteers for nearly 25 years. Now, we are saddling up with Canadian Western Agribition as volunteer sponsor for the 2024 event. This year’s Agribition, which takes place from November 25-30 in Regina, will need the help of more than 350 volunteers. At the end of July, 12 co-op and summer students from SaskEnergy spent two days volunteering at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Regina. For Samarth Soni, a co-op student in our Enterprise Networks team, it was his first time volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. In many Indigenous cultures a pipe ceremony symbolizes unity, peace and a connection between the physical and spiritual worlds.
