Whether you are a contractor or a homeowner completing work, it's your responsibility under Saskatchewan law to determine whether your project is allowed after a review of the allowable conditions or if you must acquire further permission from SaskEnergy.

If your proposed work is on a property that has a natural gas service line connection, permission is authorized if you adhere to the following requirements:

• You request a line locate, underground lines are marked and you have reviewed the record of locate;
• The work to be completed appears on the list of activities in SaskEnergy’s Terms & Conditions of Service Schedule; 
• Allowable conditions in the Schedule are met and maintained.
