Natural gas usage in Saskatchewan continues to break records

The return of extreme cold weather across Saskatchewan this week has again helped break the record for natural gas consumption in the province. Natural gas usage of an estimated 1.66 petajoules (PJ) on January 6, 2022 surpassed the previous daily record set on December 29, 2021. $750,000 to help SaskEnergy’s commercial customers be more energy efficient

SaskEnergy increase approved for public safety and infrastructure investments

Today the Government of Saskatchewan approved an increase to SaskEnergy’s Delivery Service Rate of 3.6 per cent to begin November 1, 2017. On average, the increase to residential customers will be an additional $1.65 per month or about $20 annually.
