Every year, the North Central Community Association organizes a clean-up to help get rid of garbage and large items in the inner-city neighbourhood before winter arrives. SaskEnergy has applied to the Saskatchewan Rate Review Panel to increase its commodity rate, which would continue to be the lowest in Western Canada and the second lowest in the country.
